Elisabeth S. Flemming, Esq.

Family Law attorney, Elisabeth S. Flemming has practiced family law representation her entire legal career. As a family law attorney at Jones & LoBello, Ms. Flemming specializes in divorce, legal separation, child custody, paternity, child support, temporary protection orders, and family law related appeals. Her experience ranges from simple uncontested divorce to complex domestic litigation matters.

Education

Before deciding to practice in family law, Ms. Flemming obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting & Taxation in 2007 from Grand Valley State University. She started her law career at William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, in 2008, where she was named the Western Region of the National Black Law Student Association’s Member of the year, named Outstanding Student Organization Leader at Boyd Law. Ms. Flemming was awarded Dean’s Award in 2011 and she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2012 prior to joining the State Bar of Nevada in 2013.

Practice

During law school, Ms. Flemming worked with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, was an extern for the Clark County Public Defender’s office, and interned with Zuffa, LLC d/b/a Ultimate Fighting Championship.  Through out her career, Ms. Flemming has worked vigorously for her clients gaining experience at a National Domestic Litigation Law Firm. Continuing to expand her knowledge, Ms. Flemming shifted to a local family law firm that specialized in handling complex domestic litigation matters. More recently, she was the managing attorney of Elisabeth S. Flemming, Chartered.
