If you own a home in Clark County, NV, the tax cap on your primary residence is 3%.
As a homeowner, you are always able to correct your tax cap if it is incorrect. Once your property becomes your primary residence, your 3% tax cap is set for all billing years going forward. It will only change if you make any changes to the ownership on your parcel (i.e. remove or add someone to title).

If you have owned your home on or before July 1, 2021, and your tax cap is incorrect, you may be able to correct it for fiscal year 2021-2022 if it is returned by June 30, 2022.
*The deadline is June 30, 2022* However, if it is returned after June 30, 2022 , it will still be corrected for all billing years going forward.
