Practicing exclusively in the area of family law, Michele T. LoBello, Founding Partner, handles all domestic matters, including divorce and post-divorce mediation and litigation. Her case load often includes child custody, adoption, and the termination of parental rights. Ms. LoBello has repeatedly been honored as a legal elite in our community, and was an active contributor to the Attorney at Law Magazine for several years.
Education
Ms. LoBello received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University after serving as an intern to the Honorable John McCain. Upon obtaining her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, Ms. LoBello served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven Jones, Eighth Judicial District Court Judge, Family Division.
Practice
Admitted to practice with the State Bar of Nevada in 1994, Ms. LoBello has practiced family law exclusively ever since. She has practiced before the State and Supreme Courts of Nevada, as well as before the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, Ms. LoBello has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is active in the Clark County Pro Bono Project.
