Delwyn Webber has spent the last 12 years practicing almost exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Asset Protection. Education

Delwyn Webber, a highly accomplished individual, successfully completed her law degree with Honors at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia in 2004. Impressive as it is, she was admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court in the same year and further gained admission to the High Court of Australia in 2005. Building on her expertise, Delwyn Webber expanded her legal horizons by being admitted to the Nevada Supreme Court in 2008, and eventually, achieved the remarkable milestone of being admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2015.

Del Webber’s journey has taken her from the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand to the vibrant shores of Australia, before finding her true home in America in 2005. When she’s not busy, you’ll find her rallying behind our beloved Las Vegas Golden Knights, sharing the excitement with her loving husband and two delightful daughters.

Practice

Her practice encompasses a wide range of services, ensuring comprehensive estate planning for her clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the meticulous preparation of wills, domestic asset protection trusts, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney. With her exceptional expertise and dedication, Ms. Webber has consistently earned recognition as a top estate planning attorney by her esteemed colleagues. In fact, she has recently been honored as a 2021 Mountain States Super Lawyer, a prestigious accolade published by Thomson Reuters. This recognition further underscores her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel and support to her clients.
